Returns & Exchanges

At the Waffle House Employee Webstore, we want you to wear your uniform with pride, so if your gear isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all items are unworn, unwashed, and still have the original tags attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

    Initiate Your Request

    Log in to your employee account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

    Pack Your Gear

    Place the items in their original packaging if possible, ensuring you include the packing slip or a note with your order number and the reason for the return.

  • 3.
    Ship It Back

    Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your portal to the package and drop it off at any authorized shipping carrier location.

  • 4.
    Receive Your Refund

    Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method or issue store credit within 7-10 business days.
